Who we are
Clinical Skills Lab provides aesthetics training in Hinckley, Leicestershire. We are responsible for the personal information you send through this website. You can contact us at info@clinicalskillslab.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), professional role, the courses and dates you’re interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you request a place, to check course suitability and availability and arrange your booking.
- To understand how people find us, so we can improve how we promote our training.
- Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service. We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for as long as required to keep training and business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
